On Thursday we went to the Museum of Ancient Life with play group... basically it is the Dinosaur Museum! Camden loved it! He was facinated with all of the different dinosaurs and wanted to know what the name of each one was. They also have a bunch of hands on activities that he also loved to do. Neededless to say we will be back soon... especially since I decided to purchase a Thanksgiving Pointe pass! So if anyone wants to come with us I can get you in for half price! Gavin hangin' out in his stroller Cam playing in the erosion sand box
On Wednesday we went to Oquirr Lake with Tauni. There is a beach there and the kids loved playing in the sand, water, and at the park! It was so much fun and we can't wait to go back!
This past weekend we went with my family down to St. George to visit with some family and have some fun. We kept telling Camden that we were going to St. George and he would look at us with a puzzled look and say "George of the Jungle?". He didn't understand that St. George was a place and not a person!
We went four wheeling, to Veyo Hot Springs, played in the water park by City Hall, and ate a lot of good food! We had a blast! Here are a few pics of the trip!
Dinner at Samari 21 were they cook in front of you.
Cam was facinated by the fire and kept asking
the chef to "do it again!"
Gavin flirting with the waitress.. he is such a ham!
Today we went to the fire for play group. The kids were crazy, but I think they had loads of fun! Thanks Station 121 for taking such good care of us and showing our kids the station!
Posing on the fire engine.
Petting Bandit the Rescue Dog!
We went to Camden and Gavin's very first Bee's game on Monday. Needless to say neither of them really cared for it so I didn't bother to take any pictures! Camden loved the tracks ride down though so here are a few pics of the ride home!
We went fishing the other day at Herriman Cove and Camden caught his first fish of the year!... Oh, and his second too! His pole was the only one out of the three to catch anything and he was pretty proud of that! I think that his Daddy was pretty proud that he could reel in a fish all by himself this year! Way to go Cam! (Sorry the pics not too great... I forgot my camera so a cell phone pic is the best we could do!)
On Wednesday we went on a short hike up to a waterfall off of Wasatch Blvd. Tyson and I have hiked up to this waterfall ever since we started dating and now it was our boys turn to go. It was so pretty and Camden thought that it was so much fun to look at and play in. Here are a few pics from our hike.
Tyson and I met the summer after my senior year in 2001 and it was all over from there! We got married in July 2003 and we have been having fun ever since! We have 2 little studs, Camden who is 3 years old and Gavin who is 1 year old. I am lucky enough to be a stay at home mom and take care of our 2 crazy kids! Ty is a busy working man and our boys best friend whenever he is home! We love our life and we could not ask for more!
